Getting Started
Allow 7-10 days to adjust to the weight. Start by covering just your waist and hips on the first day. Gradually increase coverage until you can use it over your whole body. Once adjusted, pair it with a regular duvet for extra warmth in winter.
Care and Safety
Hand wash recommended to protect the blanket. Machine washing may damage it. The blanket may feel warm due to its weight, so use a fan or AC if needed. Not recommended for children under 3 years old, pregnant women, or people with asthma. Do not cover your face. If you have joint pain or health concerns, consult your doctor before use. Keep away from heat sources. Stop using immediately if discomfort occurs.
